Warranty Policy
At NUDL Helmets, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Our helmets are built to provide the highest level of protection and comfort, and we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction.
Limited Warranty
NUDL Helmets offers a limited warranty for defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to helmets purchased directly from NUDL Helmets or through authorized retailers.
If your helmet exhibits a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at no charge. Please note that this warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper use, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
Warranty Exclusions
The NUDL Helmets warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or impact from accidents.
- Normal wear and tear such as cosmetic scratches, scuffs, or minor fading.
- Modifications, repairs, or alterations performed by anyone other than NUDL Helmets.
- Damage caused by exposure to extreme temperatures or improper storage.
Warranty Claim Process
To file a warranty claim, follow these steps:
- Contact us via email at info@nudlhelmets.com with your proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) and a description of the issue.
- Submit photos of the helmet clearly showing the defect.
- Once your claim is reviewed, we will provide instructions on how to return the helmet if necessary.
We aim to process all warranty claims within 7–10 business days of receiving the product.
Replacement and Repair
If your claim is approved, we will repair or replace the helmet at our discretion. Replacement items will be the same model and color as originally purchased, subject to availability. If your product is discontinued or unavailable, we may offer an equivalent replacement or refund.
Non-Warranty Repairs
If your helmet is damaged but not covered by the warranty, you may still be eligible for a repair service. Contact us at info@nudlhelmets.com to discuss repair options and associated costs.
